Paeu provides administrative coordination, documentation processing, and operational assistance. All services are delivered as described on the platform and subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Misuse of the platform, including unauthorized access or data manipulation, is strictly prohibited.
All content, tools, and materials provided through Paeu remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
Paeu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days written notice. We may terminate immediately if you breach any term. Upon termination, your access to services will cease, and any outstanding obligations must be settled.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Johannesburg.
